This charming 130 m2 mews house in Marylebone had two bedrooms when it was purchased. We reconfigured its layout to maximise floor space, creating a third bedroom currently used as a study, and custom-built clever, integrated, seamless storage solutions.

 

The kitchen was remodelled to make it open-plan and the predominant off-white tones have been offset with olive green marble worktops.  The master bedroom has a masculine palette which mixes space grey fabrics and navy-blue detailing. Wall-to-wall storage in the living room has been designed to display collectibles and a delicate screen with double-sided embroidery of gingko leaves is a signature SP.9 touch.
